International Orders

We ship internationally. International shipping rates are charged based on the weight and quantity of garments in the order. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to the total bill at the time of checkout.

Any import duties applicable are not included in your final price. Import duties will have to be paid by you upon arrival at your local country. Orders denied by the customer will be shipped back to the seller and will be subject to a USD$20 restocking fee.

Return Policy

Custom clothing doesn’t always mean you’re guaranteed a perfect fit on the first try. Sometimes, it takes actually making a garment and wearing it to see how it really fits. Once you get all the tiny details perfected, you’re set up for a perfect fit. Luckily for you, we’re committed to helping you find the perfect fit. If you don’t like the fit of your custom clothing, we’ll provide you with one complimentary remake subject to the below conditions.

Any request for an alteration or remake must be initiated within 7 days from date of delivery.
You are entitled to one complimentary remake per item purchased.
Receiving a complimentary remake on any piece of clothing does not disqualify you from a full refund. You’ll just need to return the garment to us to receive a refund.
Exchanges and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.

Return and Exchange Policy

All products must be returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Products that show signs of repeated use will not be accepted as returns. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in order to be returned for a refund.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time for refunds is 3-7 business days from the date of our receiving the returned product.
The product is returned to us in its original condition and original packaging
